Only three of the state’s 13 casinos and racinos tallied increases, with Ameristar in East Chicago reporting the largest gain of around $1.8 million. Belterra Casino Resort in Florence and Anderson’s Hoosier Park Racing and Casino were up slightly.
Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg decreased to $13 million, compared to $16.5 million in August 2014. The Horseshoe branded venues, one in Hammond and one in Harrison County, were down $4.2 million and $3.1 million, respectively.
