The South Bend property that was once home to the College Football Hall of Fame is back on the market. Our partners at Fox 28 report city officials are “actively engaged” in talks with potential buyers. Ivy Tech Community College had previously agreed to a short-term lease. That deal has expired.

The school was considering locating a cafe and its culinary school to the building.

It was built in 1995 and has been empty since 2012, when the Hall of Fame relocated to Atlanta, Georgia.
