News Release

Indianapolis, Ind. — Element Three, a brand-based digitally savvy marketing agency, has renovated an entire floor at The Pyramids to make room for more staff. The company has experienced 596% growth in five years and doubled its team in 2013 to 30 employees.

“I'm really excited about the move we're making to our new office space,” said Element Three President Tiffany Sauder. “We set a goal of building a world-class marketing team. And it’s rewarding to be able to give our team and clients a space that provides the opportunity to collaborate.”

Focus and a “Business First” mentality have been the driving force behind Element Three’s success. The company offers a full spectrum of services involving brand development, marketing strategy and creative execution.

Element Three serves clients nationwide ranging from the automotive to insurance industries.

The company experienced 63% revenue growth in 2013 and added employees in account management, web design and digital strategy. Most recently, the agency welcomed Darren Halbig as Creative Director.

“There is a lot of amazing energy here around what we are doing for our clients and where we are headed as a team,” said Halbig. “The new space will give us room for growth and allow the momentum to continue into the future.”

Sauder served as a financial analyst at Eli Lilly before launching Element Three in 2006 and expects even more growth in the years to come. “This is just a start. We expect even more success as Element Three begins its next chapter.”

Element Three will move into an 11,500-square-foot space on the fifth floor of Pyramid 3, 3500 Depauw Boulevard. The company currently occupies the eleventh floor.
