News Release

Indianapolis, Ind. – The International Center has received a $530,000 grant from Lilly Endowment as well as a $100,000 two-year grant from the Eli Lilly and Company Foundation. Both grants will serve to support The Center's general operations as well as expand the programs and services provided to both the public and private sectors.

The grant from Lilly Endowment is in the form of a single installment of $330,000, followed by a second payment of up to $200,000 which is conditioned on The Center's raising qualifying matching funds on a dollar for dollar basis.

The $100,000 Lilly Foundation grant will be awarded in two $50,000 installments, the first in 2014 and the second in 2015. This grant will be used to support specific global initiatives including a China strategy.
