The Journal Gazette reports the city's plan commission has approved the 16-story Emerald Skyline project, which includes a Ash Brokerage Corp. headquarters and a luxury housing complex. It also includes a 780-space, city-owned garage.
The project could receive around $30 million in incentives from the state and city if conditions are met.
Ash Brokerage is looking to relocate its main operations and 200 workers from its current Fort Wayne location to the new property. Additionally, the company plans to add 115 employees by 2017.
