The Indiana Department of Transportation is continuing negotiations with some land owners affected by the proposed I-65 exit in Greenwood. Greenwood Development Director Mark Richards says if deals cannot be reached, the eminent domain process will begin.
Richards says a $9 million city road project is continuing.
Originally, the interchange was slated to open in the summer of 2015, but is now being pushed back to the end of the year.
