Our partners at The Republic report the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller Foundation has donated $2 million to the Heritage Fund, which is the community foundation of Bartholomew County. In 2010, the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller Foundation announced plans to spend down its assets. The publication reports the gift leads to the creation of the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller Fund through the Heritage Fund.
Through the years, the foundation gave in excess of $57 million to various charitable causes.
