Indianapolis, Ind. — The Indiana Laborers Membership Development Program today announced the program has reached a major milestone – 100 new partnerships with Indiana contractors.
Since its establishment in 2007, the Membership Development Program has focused on facilitating new partnerships between the Indiana Laborers Union and construction contractors around the state. During that time the comprehensive program has effectively maintained the following priorities: building long-term quality relationships with construction contractors and new members, Hoosier job creation, developing new market opportunities, retaining market share, and creating new pathways for partnerships.
Field Operations Coordinator for the Membership Development Program, David Williams, commented on the milestone, “Our Membership Development Team is one the best around and they have worked hard to achieve this milestone. These partnerships benefit everyone involved. Truly, they are a win-win situation.”
Indiana District Council Business Manager, David Frye, said of the milestone, “The Indiana Laborers Union is very proud of the milestone our Membership Development Program has achieved. But we have also been very proud to call 100 Hoosier construction contractors our new partners over the past seven years.”
