Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann is set to announce a new director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture. A spokeswoman for the lieutenant governor's office tells Inside INdiana Business Gina Sheets is leaving the post to join her husband on a mission trip in Liberia. Sheets has been leading the department since January December 3, 2013
