South Whitley, Ind. — Shindigz is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Wojewuczki as our new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wojewuczki, 43, comes to Shindigz from Vera Bradley, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a publicly-traded company with approximately $541 million in annual revenues, where he has served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations.
Shep Moyle, who has served as Shindigz CEO since purchasing the business with his wife Wendy in 1990, said “I am thrilled to welcome Matt to the Shindigz family. He is an amazingly talented executive with broad experience in a fantastic organization. He will be the perfect leader to take Shindigz to the next level of success.”
In addition to Mr. Wojewuczki’s 10 years of experience at Vera Bradley helping lead the growth and success of the company, he has previous experience at Wabash Alloys, LLC and at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He recently retired from the United States Air Force Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service to his country. Mr. Wojewuczki has been an active member of the Fort Wayne community for the past 14 years and he and his wife, Sue, have 4 children. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Western New England College.

Mr. Moyle, 51, will assume the role of Executive Chairman and focus his time as the President-elect of the Duke Alumni Association and on his recent appointment to the Duke University Board of Trustees.
