Indiana State University officials have scheduled a news conference for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27 at Ryves Youth Center at Etling Hall., 1356 Locust Street in Terre Haute.
The news conference will focus on significant national recognition for the community service efforts of Indiana State students, faculty and staff as well as the university’s support for those efforts. Speakers will include President Dan Bradley; Nancy Rogers, associate vice president for experiential learning and community engagement; a student who is actively engaged in the community; and representatives of Ryves Youth Center, St. Ann Clinic and other community partners. Mayor Duke Bennett has also been invited to attend.
