WINAMAC, Ind. – The Braun Corporation, a leader and manufacturer of mobility products, will open an on-site health and wellness clinic on August 20. This will provide more than 800 full-time Braun employees and their families access to the unprecedented, high-quality medical care. With access to high-quality medical care just steps away from employees' desks, Braun is proactively keeping its employees healthy and productive. It's a win-win as healthcare costs are on the rise.
“My family and I are excited for the opening of an on-site clinic. Currently, our doctors are located out of town and we have to take additional time off work to see them. The on-site clinic will lessen drive and wait time,” said Shamay Ruff, a Braun employee.
The clinic, located on Braun's Winamac campus at 144 S County Road 100 W, will offer annual exams, immunizations, blood tests, generic drug prescriptions, acute care and other screenings, treatment procedures and health coaching. These services are available to all associates, spouses, and dependents age 6 and older on a Braun-sponsored health plan.
