CARMEL, Ind. – Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 84th restaurant on Monday, August 19th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2271 Pointe Parkway, Suite 150, just south of Merchant Square Mall at 116th & Keystone, in Carmel, IN.
On August 18th, the restaurant will donate 100 percent of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Indiana Children's Wish Fund. Indiana Children's Wish Fund's mission is to put smiles on the faces of children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. “Indiana Children's Wish Fund is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of partners like The Egg & I, we are able to help children’s dreams come true and give them hope for their future,” said Terry Ceaser-Hudson, Executive Director, Indiana Children's Wish Fund.
“We are all very excited about this event to support Indiana Children's Wish Fund and about our new restaurant opening. The Carmel community has already welcomed us with open arms and we can't wait to become more involved in our new community and make new friends,” said Ashley Ross, General Manager of the new The Egg & I Restaurant. “We are also very pleased our restaurant is creating 30 new jobs in Carmel.”
