There is a change in leadership at Indianapolis-based AIT Laboratories. Inside INdiana Business has learned CHV Capital Inc. Chief Executive Officer Matt Neff will assume the roles of chief executive officer and president of AIT, effective Monday. Founder Mike Evans will remain with the company as chairman emeritus. Evans has been serving in those roles since October.

He was preceded Ron Thieme, who left last year to “pursue other challenges.”

In December, AIT announced a restructuring, citing the changing health care landscape. At the time, the company said it was consolidating sales and marketing functions and eliminating a dozen positions. It said nearly 30 jobs would be added during the year as part of the plan.
