CARMEL, Ind. – The Nash Groundbreaking Ceremony

What: Groundbreaking ceremony for The Nash project in City Center.

When: Thursday, July 11

11 a.m.

Where: The ceremony will take place in the lot just north of First Financial Bank at 902 South Range Line Rd. Look for the small white tent.

Public is welcome.

Who: Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard, Pedcor Companies President and CEO Bruce Cordingley, Carmel Redevelopment Commission, Carmel City Council and other local dignitaries.

Background: Carmel City Center, our vibrant new downtown, is located on 88-acres in the heart of Carmel at the southwest corner of City Center Drive and Range Line Road featuring luxurious residences, specialty retail and restaurants, premier office space and The Center for the Performing Arts. Carmel City Center was developed as a public/private partnership between the City of Carmel and private developers. When complete the Nash will be a three-story, $10 million mixed-use building containing 31 apartments with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on the second and third floors and 8,000 square feet of commercial space at street level.
