A comedy show next week in Indianapolis aims to raise money for cancer research in the name of a trailblazer in the city’s tech scene. Comedy Against Cancer will celebrate the life of Denver Hutt, the former executive director of The Speak Easy in Indy who passed away in 2016 after battling cancer. Proceeds from the event, which is being headlined by Indianapolis native Megan Gailey, will benefit immunotherapy research at the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center.
