Huntington University in northeast Indiana may be small, but it’s playing a big role in building a strong talent pool of future workers in agriculture and animal science. The school is celebrating the opening of the Don Strauss Animal Science Education Center, a 10,000 square foot facility that includes a flexible pen space, on-site classroom and a living-learning space for students.
