Methodist Hospitals in northwest Indiana has promoted Duane Seaborne to director of surgical services. Also, Claire O’Neill has been named director of system transformation.

Seaborne previously served as director of surgical perioperative services. Prior to that, he worked at NeuroDiagnostic Institute in Indianapolis, and has managed surgical services at Franciscan Alliance hospitals, Wishard Health Services and IU Health. Seaborne holds a bachelor of science in nursing from Kent State University and a master of science in nursing administration from Indiana State University.

O’Neil most recently served as director of financial operations for Sinai Health System in Chicago. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and business administration from Fordham University.
