Fort Wayne-based Design Collaborative has named Tracey Gould director of business development and marketing. She has more than 26 years experience, most recently serving as a business development executive for Froehling & Robertson Inc. in Raleigh-Durham. Gould holds a master of science in integrated marketing communications from West Virginia University and a bachelor of fine arts in communications and media arts from the University of Arizona.
