Lewis Wagner has named Debra Dowdy (pictured) chief operating officer. Wade Fulford (pictured) has also been promoted to partner.

Dowdy has spent 13 years managing a large paralegal support unit for a national insurance company. She earned her bachelor of science in management at Indiana Wesleyan University and a master of business administration from Western Governors University.

Wade joined the firm as senior counsel in June 2018, focusing his practice on medical malpractice, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
