Wesley Manor Retirement Community has named Frederick Taylor Jr. as executive director. Taylor has over 30  years of health management experience. He has served as a consultant for health care, nonprofit organizations and foundations in Indiana and elsewhere. Taylor, a decorated Army veteran, holds several degrees from Indiana University.
