Kim Heffner has been hired as director of public relations for the town of Whitestown. She will build and manage the Whitestown brand and cultivate relationships with local business owners, media and constituents. Heffner most recently served as director of marketing and communications for the Boone County Economic Development Corp. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication and public relations from Taylor University.
