INDIANAPOLIS - Travelers headed to the city of Boston will soon have another option if they fly from Indianapolis International Airport.  American Airlines announced Tuesday it’s adding in May a new daily, nonstop flight from Indy to Boston.

The airport says the flight will depart from Indianapolis twice a day Sunday-Friday and once on Saturdays.

The new path to Boston will put the number of nonstop destinations for American out of Indy at eleven.

The airport says Delta Air Lines also offers daily, nonstop service to Boston.

Starting in June, Southwest Airlines will add a once-weekly flight to Boston, departing on Saturdays.

American Airlines' daily flights will begin on Thursday, May 7 and tickets are available to purchase this weekend.
