BioCrossroads in Indianapolis has hired Darshan Shah as senior vice president/chief data officer. He most recently served as chief data officer for the State of Indiana and executive director of the Management and Performance Hub. Prior to that, Shah played an integral role in helping numerous states build solutions for state-based Health Insurance Exchanges. He also worked for OurHealth, Deloitte Consulting and Eli Lilly and Company.

Shah earned an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from Purdue University.
