AgReliant Genetics in Westfield has promoted Bruce Searle to vice president of operations. Also, Deanna Flynn has been hired as sales & marketing training specialist.

Searle previously served in the production department as corn operations manager overseeing the strategic direction of seven production facilities across the corn belt.

Flynn most recently served as advisor of retail training for Nutrien.
