The Ball Brothers Foundation in Muncie has awarded James Rosema with the Fisher Governance Award. He serves as chairman of the Muncie Mission Ministries board of directors. The award is presented annually to a board member of a Delaware County nonprofit organization. Rosema has served on the board for 30 years.
