The Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana has awarded the Allen C. Steere Award to Frank T. Short, chairman and chief operating officer of Short Strategy Group in Indianapolis. He has lobbied on behalf of various clients for more than 25 years. Short has also served in numerous leadership positions within the lobbying profession and volunteered in support of civics education and good governmental practices.  He is the nineteenth recipient to be honored with the society’s highest award since 1982.
