Thomas P. Miller & Associates has named Matt Rueff director of economic development and community resiliency.  He most recently served as senior associate and economic development specialist. Rueff holds a bachelor of arts in political science from Grinnell College and a master of public administration from the School of Public & Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
