Indianapolis-based Sharpen Technologies has hired Bill Gildea as its new chief executive. Gildea brings 25 years of experience working with tech firms and cloud software companies. He previously served as chief strategy officer for DocuWare and as chief operating officer for Interactive Intelligence. Gildea holds degrees from The College of William & Mary, The Catholic University of America and the University of North Carolina.
