Hendricks Commercial Properties, the Beloit-based developer of the historic Bottleworks District on Mass Ave, has named Gavin Thomas vice president of development. He will be responsible for coordinating and managing the current developments in the Indiana region, including the $300 million, 12-acre adaptive reuse Bottleworks project at the intersection of College and Mass Ave.

Thomas previously served as director of development for Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group. He has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, delivering creative, out-of-the-box solutions to numerous commercial properties throughout the U.S. Gavin received his BA from the University of Florida and his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
