FORT WAYNE - TriCore Logic has announced plans to expand office space and nearly double the staff at its downtown Fort Wayne headquarters. The company plans to invest over $200,000 in the effort.

The 2010-founded company moved to the Anthony Wayne building in 2013, and now plan to grow their staff of five employees by up to eight over the next four years.

“We've doubled our team size since 2017, and now we’re on track to do it again," said Dustin Flaugher, co-owner of TriCore Logic. "We're thrilled to be growing as a company, and with the support of Greater Fort Wayne Inc., we’re accomplishing it in a way that we'll never lose our focus on giving our clients the exceptional experience they’re accustomed to, while helping them achieve their business goals.”

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered the company up to $60,000 in conditional tax credits. The performance-based incentives require the company to hire Hoosiers, or it won't be eligible for the tax credits. Northeast Indiana Works is providing additional hiring and training help.
