Parkdale Center for Professionals in Chesterton has promoted Terry Harman to program director. He has served as program director for a state contract that provides monitoring services for impaired medical professionals.  Harman entered the counseling field in 1981. Since that time, he has served adolescents and adults in a variety of government, for profit as well as not-for-profit settings.
