INDIANAPOLIS - The Marion County Information Technology Board has awarded a $30.5 million contract to Indianapolis-based Bell Techlogix for City-County IT infrastructure management through 2024. The firm will provide IT infrastructure services, including the management of the City-County data center, IT hardware, enterprise software and 24/7 IT support for Marion County.

According to the city, this is the first time a local firm has been awarded the contract for these services in 24 years.

“Indianapolis is quickly becoming the tech hub of the Midwest,” said Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett in a news release. “The innovative organizations located right here in our own community have much to share with the world, but also much to provide here in Indy. I’m proud of the decision to partner with a local firm and look forward to their contributions to our government operations.”
