The Indiana State Department of Agriculture has added Tari Gary (pictured) as food safety outreach coordinator for the Food Safety Modernization Act’s produce safety rule. Annette Manusevich (pictured) has also been hired as soil health program manager. Gary previously served as quality and food safety manager at Weston Foods, where she oversaw quality and food safety programs, and ensured regulatory compliance for a large cake manufacturing facility. She graduated from Purdue University in 2016. Manusevich most recently served as a research associate at Corteva Agriscience.
