Mayor Andy Cook has promoted Kevin Todd to director of community development. He previously served as senior planner. Todd has been with the city for fifteen years and played an integral part in the planning and implementation of the Grand Park Sports Campus and the Grand Junction District in downtown Westfield. He is a graduate of Anderson University and holds a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Ball State University.
