Angloa-based BAY Advisors has named former Steuben County Sheriff Timothy Troyer to a public safety position. He recently retired after serving two terms as sheriff.  Troyer's responsibilities will include providing assistance to clients in the area of school safety, prevention, intervention and response. In addition, he will be involved with facility assessments, construction and renovation planning, as well as school resource officer coaching, training and development. Sheriff Troyer, a 32 year veteran of law enforcement, served on the Legislative Committee and is past president of the Indiana Sheriff’s Association.
