Indiana Philanthropy Alliance has appointed Indiana Humanities President and CEO Keira Amstutz as a new director of the IPA Foundation Board. Amstutz has led Indiana Humanities since 2008. She previously served as chief counsel and director of policy for the City of Indianapolis. Amstutz holds degrees from DePauw University and the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
