Hedges has promoted Jodi Snell to Vice President. Snell joined Hedges in 2014 as Director of Operations and brings 12 years of leadership experience in addressing effective and sustainable solutions to pressing community issues. She will oversee capacity building services for nonprofit organizations and will help manage company growth. Snell holds a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University.
