Erin Lewis has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel at Indiana University Health.  Lewis had been vice president and deputy general counsel. She joined IU Health as an associate general counsel in 2012. Lewis’ previous positions include compliance and regulatory attorney with the Faegre Baker Daniels law firm and assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Indianapolis office. She holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and doctor of jurisprudence from Loyola University of Chicago.
