Mark Miles has been elected to the board of managers of Indianapolis-based LDI Ltd. He is president and chief executive officer of Hulman & Co. Miles has also served as a director at two other closely held, family-owned companies – City Securities, an Indiana-based investment firm and The Pantry, a multi-billion-dollar operator of convenience stores in the southeast U.S.

He also previously served as president and CEO of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc., chief executive officer of the Association of Tennis Professionals and executive director of corporate relations for Eli Lilly and Co. Miles also serves on numerous civic and nonprofit boards and notably was the chairman of the board of the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee.

Miles earned his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and is a member of the Wabash College Athletic Hall of Fame.
