The Literacy Center has appointed Regina Hamman executive director. She will be responsible for expanding the center’s services and oversight of all operations. Hamman previously worked for SS&C GlobeOp and State Farm Insurance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and professional services along with an MBA from Ball State.

Also, Stacy Waters has been promoted to director of education services. She previously served as education coordinator. Waters will manage the center’s basic adult literacy program and high school equivalency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Southern Indiana and is pursuing a master’s.
