Exhibit Columbus Announces the 2019 Design Presentations
Exhibit Columbus is announcing the first public event of its 2019 exhibition: the J. Irwin and Xenia S. Miller Prize design presentations. The exhibit will take place January 19.
The 2018-19 Miller Prize winners visited Columbus this fall to explore the sites where they will build temporary outdoor installations. These installments will personify how architecture, art, and design can improve people’s lives and make cities better places to live.
“This is a rare chance to experience the creative process firsthand,” said Anne Surak, director of exhibitions for Exhibit Columbus. “The Design Presentations not only provide an exciting opportunity to witness acclaimed international designers present their concepts in a public format––but it also gives everyone a look at what is to come.”
