SOUTH BEND - A University of Notre Dame program that builds 3D-printed hands for people in need will take the spotlight this afternoon on a national talk show. A student with the school's e-NABLE chapter will join a family the group helped this afternoon on Steve Harvey's daytime talk show.

College of Engineering senior Michael Skinner will appear alongside Doug and Tori Anderson of South Bend on this afternoon's show. The school says Skinner met Doug Anderson during an Uber ride earlier this year and learned Anderson's daughter Tori had been born with half of a palm and only one finger on each hand.
