The Farmers Bank has promoted Robin Davis to employee engagement manager. She has been with the bank since 1994 and previously worked as training coordinator and assistant branch manager. Davis began her banking career at American National Bank (Key Bank) in Noblesville in 1975 and is a 40-year banker with the Indiana Bankers Association. 

Also, Kendra Hedge has been named agriculture and commercial loan officer. She previously served as business manager for Reproduction Specialty Group Inc. Hedge received her B.S. in Animal Sciences from Purdue University in 2013 and graduated in December 2014 with a Master’s in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University in West Lafayette.
