Carmel-based healthcare startup Olio has appointed Sean Mullins chief operating officer. He has more than 15 years of healthcare experience including roles with the White House, IU Health, Navigant Consulting and, most recently, as director of corporate strategy at Anthem.

Mullins earned both his undergraduate degree in business and his master’s of health administration at Indiana University. Early in his career, he spent nearly three years working at the White House during the George W. Bush Administration. After leaving the White House and upon completion of his Master’s of
Health Administration.
