Cassie Li has joined FlashPoint Leadership Consulting as director of finance and operations. She brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles across a variety of organizations, including 40 | 86 Advisors, Veolia Environment North America, Indiana University Health and KPMG. She will lead the firm’s finance and operations functions to support the growth and sustainability of the business.

She holds an MBA from the City University of New York – Zicklin School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. In addition, Li is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in leadership from Piedmont International University.
