Dennis Gale has been appointed chief people officer of M3 Ultimate Solutions. He will align objectives and service offerings in collaboration with M3 leaders for consulting services within Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and Project Management. Gale will develop new business opportunities in HR, OCM and OD while leading strategic partners and independent consultants.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in a wide selection of industry segments including manufacturing, nuclear power utilities, insurance, retail, Department of Defense and a veteran of U.S. Navy.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree-Education in Workforce Development with specialization in Instructional Systems Designs, Cum Laude.
