Michael Whitted senior vice president, strategy and corporate development. He will lead the company’s efforts in mergers and acquisitions to accelerate the company’s profitable growth strategy.
Whitted brings more than 20 years of strategy and M&A experience to the company, having served most recently as vice president, corporate development for SPX Corp. and SPX Flow Inc. Prior to that, he served as a vice president for Bear Stearns. Whitted’s experience also includes roles at CIBC World Markets, Bankers Trust and First Chicago NBD. He earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Michigan.
Also, Richard Dudley has been promoted to leader of investor relations. He is an experienced finance and business leader and most recently served as director of financial planning and analysis since 2014. Dudley brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development, having worked in positions of increasing responsibility at Hill-Rom, Johnson & Johnson and Cardinal Health. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
