Financial Center First Credit Union has named Terri Chase vice president of retail operations. She has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years in retail, lending and administrative roles. Most recently, Chase served as operations manager for a local Indiana credit union.

She is a graduate of Sawyer Business College. Chase is an active community member volunteering on the Veterans Advisory Council at BMO Harris Bank and at Gleaners Food Bank.
