Warsaw Chemical in Kosciusko County is under new ownership. Indiana natives Scott Wolfrum and Tyler Sadek have acquired the company, which produces cleaning products for a variety of industries, though financial details were not disclosed.

The company says its headquarters will remain in Warsaw and its staff, including president Ken Bucher, will remain in place. Wolfrum and Sadek, who the company says are new to the chemical industry, took over after after 25 years of the company being employee-owned.

Warsaw Chemical says customers can expect to work with the same people within the company that they have for years. “As we turn the page at Warsaw Chemical, we feel confident that this will be very positive for our customers and our employees, which are the most important things," Bucher said in a news release.

The company says it will examine ways to improve products and processes in order to grow with the needs of customers.
